GGX Finance Summit 2024

Dorier Japan provided stage design, decoration, and AV technology for the GGX Finance Summit, organized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry. Our stage design concept aimed to create a future-oriented space that embodies sustainable values. Leveraging digital technologies and recyclable materials, we implemented environmentally conscious solutions tailored to the summit’s theme.

For the stage design, we utilized a vibrant color palette inspired by the summit’s logo to create a lively and engaging atmosphere. The panels used were made from reusable materials, and their diverse shapes and colors symbolized diversity. After the event, these panels will be repurposed as rental materials, reflecting our commitment to sustainability through reuse.

On the technical front, LCD displays were embedded into the panel discussion tables to display speakers’ names and affiliations, eliminating the need for paper materials. Additionally, at the start of each session, we delivered impactful visuals by synchronizing side monitors with the main screen to create a seamless and immersive experience.
